TERMS & CONDITIONS
Policies for staying.
1. Reservation and Confirmation
A reservation is considered valid after receiving confirmation from SPA Hotel Hissar by email or phone. To guarantee the reservation, prepayment or credit card details may be required. Prices include VAT and may change without notice. When booking, please specify special requirements (accessibility, allergies, preferences).
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. For early arrival or late departure, please contact reception for early check-in or late check-out possibilities (subject to availability and additional fee). In case of late arrival, please notify the hotel to hold your reservation.
3. Cancellation and Changes
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the check-in date. For cancellations less than 48 hours or no-show, one night will be charged. Special offers and promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. Changes to the reservation are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Payment
We accept cash payments (BGN, EUR) and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard). The full amount for the stay is paid at check-out. In case of property damage or additional services, the amount will be added to the final bill. Invoice is issued upon request. Corporate clients can arrange bank transfer payment in advance.
5. House Rules
Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and with prior notice. Guests are responsible for property damage caused during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
6. SPA and Wellness Services
Access to the SPA center is only for hotel guests and pre-booked visitors. We recommend booking massages and SPA treatments in advance. Hygiene requirements must be observed when using the SPA area. Children under 16 use SPA services only in the presence of a parent or guardian. If you have health problems, please consult a doctor before using SPA services.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
SPA Hotel Hissar is not liable for force majeure circumstances, natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the provision of services. The hotel reserves the right to change services and facilities without notice due to technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Personal Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the processing of your data for the purposes of providing hospitality services.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in the absence of agreement - by the competent Bulgarian court.
