The prices are for a room, per night and includes:
- Buffet breakfast;
- Dinner – with package accommodation on the basis of bed, breakfast and dinner /buffet dinner or set menu depending on the organization/;
- Indoor swimming pools with mineral water – swimming pool with 6 corridors and semi-Olympic size /it’s necessary to use a swimming cap/, children’s pools at different levels and Jacuzzi;
- Outdoor swimming pool at different levels with mineral water and Jacuzzi /seasonally/;
- Relax center /sauna, steam bath/ - for guests accommodated in standard area;
- Deluxe SPA center /heated swimming pool, heated lounge chairs, kneipp path, infrared sauna, roman bath, ice room, adventure showers, shock shower/ - for guests accommodated in Deluxe area and Vice-presidential apartment. The Deluxe SPA center is not allowed for persons under 12 years;
- fitness, kids room, Wi-Fi, parking lot, tourist insurance and 9% VAT.
Payment and Cancellation Terms:
- The reservation is GUARANTEED only after 100% prepayment.
- Changes or cancellations can be made without penalty up to 5 days before the check-in date.
- If the reservation is canceled 1 to 4 days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night will be charged.
- If the reservation is canceled on the day of check-in or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the paid amount will be charged.
- No refunds will be made for requested but unused services.
