For many of us, it means a more passive way of life, long hours of staying closed inside, many layers of clothing, and the most active part of the day is eating time. However, we have considered this issue and we want to give you an alternative in the cold days. In this article, you will find 5 things you can do at SPA Hotel Hissar in the coldest season, or when the weather is bad:
1. Sauna
Sauna is recommended to be used in cold weather because it has an extremely beneficial effect on the body. It improves the tonus and vitality of the body as well as the immune system. By sweating in the sauna toxins are thrown out, which helps to improve the function of the liver and kidneys. It relaxes the muscles, and heating the body improves blood pressure and digestion. This is just a short list of the benefits of using sauna, even for 10 minutes. People with health problems should still consult a doctor before doing so.
In addition to a Finnish sauna, the relax center of the hotel includes a steam bath, a small swimming pool with hot mineral water, located next to the indoor swimming pool - it is used free of charge for the guests in the standard part of the hotel.
2. Swimming
We have an indoor swimming pool with 6 corridors. The water is mineral, with constantly maintained temperature of 28 - 29 degrees. There is a jacuzzi for 8 people next to the indoor pool.
Swimming is one of the most recommended sports because it develops the body evenly, and when we are in water, the heart is less pressured. 20 minutes a day are completely enough to strengthen the body and the back muscles.
3. Fitness
If you are a fitness maniac, we have a solution for you too! The gym of SPA Hotel Hissar is equipped with modern fitness equipment with computer and cardio systems. You can find everything for a complete workout in it, and not miss even a day of your personal program.
4. Massage
There is no better way to relax than having a massage. We offer a full range of medical, relaxing and beautifying massages. In our modernly furnished massage rooms you can find different types of massages and therapies - from classical, through anti-cellulite, to volcanic stone massage. 5. Billiard and table tennis
