Terms of Payment and Cancellation
- Guarantee
A reservation is considered confirmed (guaranteed) upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount within 5 days of the reservation being made. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation not paid within the specified period. - Invoicing
If the guest requires a company invoice, correct company details (company name, VAT/ID number, address, and company representative) must be provided prior to payment. Once payment has been made without these details, a company invoice cannot be issued afterwards. - Changes and free cancellation
Reservation changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 5 (five) days before the check-in date. - Late cancellation (1–4 days before check-in)
For cancellations made 1 to 4 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night will be charged. - Cancellation on the day of arrival / no-show
In case of cancellation on the check-in date or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the paid amount will be charged. - Unused services
Amounts for booked but unused services are non-refundable. - Refunds
In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, refunds are processed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of cancellation. All bank and transfer fees are borne by the guest. - Special conditions
The hotel reserves the right to modify payment and cancellation terms during national holidays, special offers, and other promotional periods.
