Perhaps the most important part of the preparation is to book the right SPA package. Think about the season you are going to travel (warm or cold, rainy or dry) what you need to practice (swimming, massage, or special therapy) and the people you want to share it with.
About the luggage
Usually we do not need specific equipment for such vacations. Try to avoid computers, tablets, diaries and mobile phones - anything that can make you think about meetings, schedules, and work in general. The idea is to leave your daily life and to indulge in nature and relaxation. Do not forget to take your favorite swimsuit - it's always a good idea to feel beautiful.
We recommend that you leave the TV set alone, bring your favorite books, and catch up with good reading, while you are staying in.
If your trip involves some kind of sport in the nature, you will need to take the appropriate items for it, such as running shoes and sports gear.
