RESERVATION PAYMENT TERMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES
1. The reservation is GUARANTEED only after 100% advance payment.
2. Changes or cancellation of the reservation can be made without penalty up to 5 days before the check-in date;
3. In case of cancellation of the reservation from 1 to 5 days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the value of the first night will be charged.
4. In case of cancellation of the reservation on the day of check-in or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the paid amount will be deducted.
5. An amount for requested but unused services is not refundable.
6. Refunds of amounts paid for cancelled reservations are made within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Refund charges are at the customer's expense.
7.SPA Hotel Hissar reserves the right to change the prices and special offerd on its webside depending on demend and currently available vacancies. For confirmed and paid bookings, the amount due does not change, regardless of new price offers presented.
